PURPOSE:To increase the cooling effect, by mingling jet streams of two or more kinds fluid coolants at respectively different temperatures, and by making this mingled jet stream to contact and cool the material to be cooled. CONSTITUTION:The fluid A, of low boiling point, at low temperatures, is introduced through the pipe 1 and is spouted from the nozzle 2 to form the jet stream 3. On the other hand, the fluid B, possessing the boiling (or solidifying) point higher than that of the fluid A, is introduced through the pipe 4 and is spouted from the nozzle 5 arranged closely to the nozzle 3, so as to form the jet stream 6. Since these two jet streams 3, 6, are spouted pointing at the indentical focus 8 marked on the material 7 to be cooled, the fluids of two kinds run forward while mingling each other; during this period, the heat transmission is performed between two fluids, and the jet stream arrives at the surface of the material 7. Hereupon, the heat transmission coefficient is high, and the cooling point transfers at high speed without staying at one point, so that the heat exchange area is broadened; hereby, the material 7 can be cooled at high efficiency. |
