PURPOSE:To produce dried Japanese persimmons by simply hanging a large number of Japanese persimmons and drying in the sun. CONSTITUTION:Japanese persimmons (b) are hung at given intervals from a long wire 4 and the wire is provided with coil spring parts (a') elastically holding stalks 2 of the Japanese persimmons (b).
