PURPOSE:To provide the process for production of the photosensitive microcapsule which is thickly and uniformly formed with a film wall consisting of a resin and has sufficient strength. CONSTITUTION:This method for production of the film wall of the photosensitive microcapsule constituted of a hydrophobic core material consisting of a photosensitive material and an image forming material and the film wall formed around this core material consists of a first film forming stage for forming the inner part of the film wall in the presence of a nonionic surfactant and a second film forming stage for forming the outer part of the film wall in the presence of at least an ionic surfactant in succession to this first film forming stage. |
