PURPOSE:To surely prevent liquid leakage in the contraction following device of urgent separating device for liquid loading and unloading device to transport extremely low temperature liquefied gas such as LNG or the like by making adjoining clamps mutually approach as far as the amount of contraction under the action of a spring when a transport pipe is cooled to contract. CONSTITUTION:When transport pipes 1, 1 are joined, a cylinder 28 contracts to lock the locking shaft 33 of a fastening rod 26 in the locking part 36a of a fastening lever 27, and the free rotation of a floating lever 44 is checked by a shear pin 47, and a claw 44a is abutted against the projection 1b of a flange 1a. In this case, a contraction following device 7 pushes a yoke shaft 13 upward using the elastic force of a built-in coned disc spring to shorten a connecting space among clamps from 4 to 6. Thus when the loading and unloading of liquid such as LPG or the like is started, and the clamps from 4 to 6 are therefore cooled through the transport pipes 1, 1 to contract, the force of the coned disc spring of the contract following device 7 acts to further shorten the connecting space among the clamps from 4 to 6 for keeping force caused by the clamps from 4 to 6 for sandwichedly holding the flange 1a normal. |
