PRODUCTION OF MULLITE SUBSTRATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a mullite substrate uniform in composition and excellent in physical property. CONSTITUTION:The mullite sintered substrate is produced by mixing a high purity synthetic kaolinite with water to make muddy, molding and sintering at over 1587 deg.C sintering temp. The mullite compound sintered body having <=5.5 dielectric constant, >=10<14>OMEGA cm volume resistivity, >=150MPa bending strength, >=1.0% porosity, small in segregation of mullite particle and excellent in compatibility with glass is obtained.
