PURPOSE:To provide a control device to certainly actuate an occupant restraint system by simple adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A control device of an occupant restraint system 101 of this invention decides a point of time to actuate the occupant restraint system 101 in accordance with deceleration of a vehicle by an actuation time point deciding means 102 and at this point of time, decides necessity of actuation of the occupant restraint system 101 in accordance with physical quantity correlated to the degree of collision by an actuation deciding means 103. Thereafter, when the decision of actuation is made, the occupant restraint system 101 is driven and actuated by a driving means 104. Consequently, necessity of actuation of the occupant restraint system 101 is precisely judged, and the occupant restraint system 101 finishes its arresting motion at the most suitable point of time. |
