CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with the operation of placing two polypropyrene composite resin boards 3a and 3b melted in the half-molten state, upper and lower, on a bottom force 11 with a bead molding channel 13 on the upper face and press molding two boards 3a and 3b integrally, air blowing is carried out by an air nozzle 14 projected from the bottom face of the bottom force 11 and formed between the boards 3a and 3b in the channel 13.
