PURPOSE:To obtain a method for vulcanization bonding of rubber to metal fittings by making the rubber extend quickly in a cavity and allowing air not to remain by a method wherein a metal mold is set so that a plurality of casting holes lie midway between a plurality of split faces wherein each end face of at least two split metal molds comes in contact with each other, and rubber is injected therein. CONSTITUTION:Metal fittings 5, 6 formed peripherally with an upper metal mold 1, a lower metal mold 2, and a split metal mold 3 provided by being pinched between side peripheral faces thereof are set. The split metal mold 3 is divided into three parts, and a split face 3A exists at three positions. An injection hole 7 formed on the upper metal mold 1 is provided by three holes corresponding to the split faces 3A. The upper metal mold 1 or the split metal mold 3 is set so that the injection hole 7 lies midway between the split faces 3A. The metal fitting 5 being a hub is placed on the lower metal mold 2. Then, the split metal mold 3 is placed outside an upper side circumferential face of the lower metal mold 2. The annular metal fitting 6 is placed on a stage part of the split metal mold 3, and the upper metal mold 1 is placed so that the injection hole 7 lies midway between the split faces 3A. Rubber injected from the injection hole 7 is branched left and right to fill a cavity. |
