PURPOSE:To provide a molding device capable of molding a material for comparatively thick liquid crystal resin composite of excellent quality. CONSTITUTION:Pressure rollers 3 are positioned and stuck to each other in the neighborhood of an axis of a mandrel 1 at one side. Thus, a composite is cut in the neighborhood of the axis 4. Thereafter, the interval between the pressure rollers 3 is extended until a predetermined final thickness of the composite to be molded. The pressure rollers 3 move rotatably from the left to right by keeping the interval as shown in the figure. At this time, the width of the interval between the pressure rollers 3 changes to a degree that the gap at an intermediate part of the laminated composite is out, so that sheet material layers are stuck to each other. When the pressure rollers 3 move close to an axis 5 of a mandrel 1 at other side, the pressure rollers 3 are stuck again. The laminated composite is cut also in the neighborhood of the axis 5, so that a thick liquid crystal resin composite 6 with a fixed thickness having a length between take-up axes of two mandrels 1 can be obtained. |
