PURPOSE:To simplify structure and facilitate assembling and also improve the adhesion between a valve part and valve seat by molding a valve body, which supports the valve part, which moves according to the fluid pressure in a casing, at a supporting section through its neck, of elastic material with reinforcing members embedded in the valve part in a body. CONSTITUTION:In a fuel pressure controller preferably used in the fuel injection device for internal combustion engines, when the pressure of the fuel pressedly sent from a suction pipe 2 increases, causing a diaphragm 13a to displace to the right against a spring 7, the valve body 13 held by a diaphragm 13b is separated from a valve seat 4, and the amount of the fuel flowing out to a discharge pipe 3 according to the distance of the separation, that is, the pressure of fuel is adjusted. In this case, the valve body 13 is molded of elastic material so as to have a valve part 13a, diaphragm 13b, and supporting section 13c in a body. In order to improve the mechanical strength of the valve part 13a and supporting section 13c for preventing deformation, metallic reinforcing plates 13d and 13f are embedded in the valve section 13a and supporting section 13c. |
