PURPOSE:To prevent the confusion of passengers in a cage at switching a nonstop floor and the desertion of the passenger on an elevator hall by providing a cage control means for stopping the cage in the nearest floor including the nonstop floor, when no stoppable floor is present forward, and conducting the discharge operation to a stoppable floor as it is in the door closed state. CONSTITUTION:A control device for elevator has a nonstop floor switching means 1, a stoppable floor detecting means, and a cage control means. Operation is performed in a CPU 17 according to a program built in a ROM 18, and the operation result is temporarily stored in a RAM 19. An input and output I/F 20 conducts receipt and transmission of signals. During traveling an elevator cage, it is detected whether a stoppable floor other than a nonstop floor is present forward or not, and when no stoppable floor is present, the case is stopped in the nearest floor including the nonstop floor, and the discharge operation to the stoppable floor is conducted as the cage is in the door closed state. Since the elevator cage is necessarily stopped in the nearest stop floor and never traveled to the terminal end, wasteful operation is eliminated, and operation efficiency is improved. |
