<p>PURPOSE:To stably feed stacked sheets successively from the top sheet without being accompanied by double feed or slippage by forming a protruding part for generating deflection in a sucked sheet on a plate forming an intake duct so that it makes contact with the reverse side of a carrying belt. CONSTITUTION:A plate 9 forming the bottom surface of an suction duct 8 has a suction hole 17 for sucking a sheet 1 to the surface of a carrying belt 6 through the suction hole of the carrying belt 6 and protruding parts 11a, 11b for generating distortion in the sheet 1 sucked to the carrying belt 6. The protruding parts 11a, 11b are formed in the opposite positions to the carrying belts 6b, 6c of the plate 9, and their top surfaces make contact with the reverse sides of the carrying belts 6b, 6c. Since the sucked top sheet does not directly make contact with the protruding parts 11a, 11b, no contact resistance is generated between the top sheet and the protruding parts 11a, 11b, and even when the orientation formed by one protruding part is gentle, the clearance between the top sheet and the second sheet is ensured, so that the sheets can be surely separated.</p> |
