PURPOSE:To continuously automatize the whole processes and to raise efficiency in injecting a pickle solution to edible meat such as raw material meat of ham, then stirring the raw material meat in a tank and preserving the meat with salt. CONSTITUTION:An injector 1 is combined with plural massagers 9 and each massager 9 is set at the outlet side of edible meat of the injector 1. The injector 1 or the massagers 9 are operated by a driving mechanism arranged in a direction crossing the discharge direction of the edible meat, the injector 1 and the massagers 9 are moved relatively in the direction of the arrangement of the massagers 9. Receiving ends 14 and 14' of any one massager among the massagers 9 are adjusted to a discharge end 8 of the injector 1 and between the adjusted injector 1 and the massager 9, the edible meat is discharged from the discharge end 8 of the injector 1. The edible meat is delivered to the receiving end 14 of the massager 9 and introduced to its tank 10. |
