CONSTITUTION:An marine product using fishes or marine animals as raw materials is dried by far-infrared rays-irradiating type drying device equipped with a ceramic heater irradiating far-infrared rays capable of emitting radiation having a wavelength area with strongest heat action to be thermally absorbed even to deep part of the marine product and simultaneously subjected to low temperature drying without warming air intervening as medium and then powdered by a pulverizing device, and water content of the powder is reduced to <=12wt.% to provide the objective powder of dried marine product using fishes or marine animals, especially sardine, mackerel, flatfish, Pacific saury, flying fish, sea bream, etc., as raw materials. Furthermore, a binder, other desired materials are added to this powder and the mixture is formed to provide the objective formed product of dried marine product.
