CONSTITUTION:This for producing the favorite food comprises heating and drying ground fish molded into a thin plate-like shape, putting a cheese sheet having a desired thickness in a layer state on the produced ground fish sheet 1, further superposing the fish sheet 1 thereon, light pressing the laminate, cutting the pressed product in a thin width, adjusting the water content of the formed stick-like base material 7 to 20-45%, instantaneously heating, sterilizing, foaming and swelling the base material 7 with microwaves into a total water content of <=10%, and subsequently hermetically packaging the product. |
