发明名称 PRERARATION OF DIRECTIONAL SILICON STEEL PLATE WITH VERY HIGH MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY AND LOW IRON LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a title steel plate by a stable manifacturing process by a method wherein a silicon steel material containing each specific amount of C.Si.Se or S is subjected to hot rolling and, after annealing and cold rolling are repeated, a limited amount of W and S are added as a particle growth controlling agent when decarburization and recrystalization annealing are carried out. CONSTITUTION:To a silicon steel material containing C<=0.06%, SI; 2-4%, one or more of Se or S; below 0.1%, W; 0.002-0.1% and Sb; 0.005-0.2% are added as a particle growth controlling agent. Subsequently, this silicon steel material is subjected to hot rolling and a cold rolling steel plate with final product thickness is manufactured by repeating tempering and cold rolling. Threafter, the primary recrystalization tempering is carried out to decarburize the said steel plate and, subsequently, final finish annealing is carried out to grow secondary crystal particles of [110]<001> direction. By this method, a title steel plate of which magnetic flux density B10 value is above 1.93T and iron loss value W 17/15 is 1.10W/kg is obtained.
