<p>PURPOSE:To relieve the burden on a station employee by adding a retrieval function for facilitating inspecting whether or not an issued commutation ticket actually exists and searching a requested commutation ticket purchase application letter at the time of phurcasing in a short time in a commutation ticket printing and issuing device when the issued commutation ticket is retrieved. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with an optical reading means 3 which optically reads names described in the commutation ticket purchase application letter A and a commutation ticket retrieval requesting letter B and makes them be electric signal ES, an optical character sign recognizing means 4 which converts the electric signal ES of the optical reading means 3 into a character sign and a storage means 5 which stores the name of the commutation ticket purchase application letter A, which is encoded by the optical character sign recognizing means 4, and also stores a ticket number RN decided by a data processing controller 1. It is also provided with a comparing means 6 which compares the encoded name of the commutation purchase application letter A, which is stored in the storage means 5, with the name of the commutation ticket retrieval requesting letter B, which is encoded by the optical character sign recognizing means 4. Then, it is constituted of a display means 7 displaying the ticket number RN when coincidence is obtained by the comparison.</p> |
