PURPOSE:To automate mounting work to a board and to improve productivity by additionally forming an arm, which can be cut, and which is provided with the weight corresponding to that of a plug contact region protruded from the end side of the board. CONSTITUTION:A connector 2 comprises two kinds of plurality of plug terminals 11, 12, and an insulator 21 for providing the terminals. An arm 21b is additionally formed on the insulator 21 on each front end part of the both side leg parts in the width direction in both sides through a V-shape notch 21a. A weight 22 is embedded in the arm 21b, and it is prevented from at least being dropped by its tare when the connector 2 is loaded on the side of an end side 23a of a board 23. Suction is stopped by a vacuum suction head of an automatic system at this point, and the connector 2 is not dropped even at the time of withdrawal, and the connector 2 can be mounted on the board 23 by a reflow soldering device 17 in the next process. An arm 21b that is curved several times is removed by the notch 21a. |
