PURPOSE:To provide a mobile radio telephone system contributing to the opera tion of flexible urgent communication service capable of making access to an urgent communication location as soon as possible when the power supply of the set is interrupted while the urgent communication location is optionally revised. CONSTITUTION:When the CPU 331 of an audio/control section 330 detects the execution of a predetermined specific dialing operation decided for an urgent dialing while the power supply section 390 of a cellular telephone set 100 is turned off, the power supply section 390 is controlled to be ON through a power supply section control section 341, an emergent telephone number registered in advance from a memory dial section 350 is read and automatic dialing is made based on the number. The emergency telephone number in the memory dial section 350 is revised at any time in response to a key entry or the like from a handset via a digital interface 340.
