The optoelectronic measuring appts. comprises a first part having a fixed regulator (30) having graduations, and a second part comprising a second graduated movable regulator (10) attached to the fixed one. A radiation source comprises an emitter (16) of electromagnetic energy. At least two detectors are arranged to pick up the radiation, which is modulated by graduations of the two adjusters and output as electric signals. An adjusting mechanism (17) is mounted on the first part and is arranged in a manner which permits relative displacement between the radiation source and the detectors to obtain geometric equilibrium of the electric signals. ADVANTAGE - Rapid and simple regulation of appts. without weakening signals due to poor energy consumption.
