PURPOSE:To enable further miniaturization and to improve environmental resistance. CONSTITUTION:An optical wave guide element 7 being a detection means for detecting magneto-optical signals and signals for error control is constituted into an integral structure and thus the number of parts is reduced. Also, since at least the optical wave guide element 7, a light source 1 and a hologram 3 are fixed to a same package 8, the device can be miniaturized and made light in weight and also the positional relation of the respective parts 1, 3 and 7, etc., is stably maintained. |
