<p>PURPOSE:To carry a dry film positively between a pair of sticking rolls by constituting a sucking means of a meshed member for carrying a tubular body, arranged eccentrically to the sticking roll, to a predetermined position while sucking a dry film. CONSTITUTION:A pair of heat rolls, i.e., sticking rolls 24a, 24b, for thermally sticking dry films 10-1, 10-2 to a copper clad laminate 8 are disposed at positions where the dry films 10-1, 10-2 are carried, while being guided, to the surface and the rear of the copper clad laminate 8. Furthermore, tubular bodies 26-1, 26-2 are disposed eccentrically to the sticking rolls 24a, 24b thus constituting a suction means 30 of meshed member for carrying the tubular bodies 26-1, 26-2 to predetermined positions while sucking the dry films 10-1, 10-2 onto the outer peripheries thereof. This structure allows positive application of the dry films 10-1, 10-2 onto the surface and the rear of the copper clad laminate 8 by means of the pair of sticking rolls 24a, 24b.</p> |
