PURPOSE:To surely allow the system to cope with a fault by informing a personal selective calling device carried in advance by an engineer in charge of the elevator of required contact information in response to the fault state of the elevator. CONSTITUTION:When a fault of the elevator is detected by a fault detection circuit 1b of an elevator controller 1A, the fault signal is outputted to a terminal equipment 2 through a signal input output circuit 1c. A signal input output device 2a of the terminal equipment 2 receives the fault signal, a signal discrimination circuit 2b discriminates the fault to be general fault or a special fault. In the case of the special fault, the signal discrimination circuit 2b sends fault information from the signal input output circuit 2a to a remote monitoring equipment 6 and informs a personal selective calling device 7 required contact information. An engineer in charge carrying the device 7 derives which elevator is to be identified by an identification number displayed on a display device 7d by using an object table carried by the engineer and visits uegently the site. |
