PURPOSE:To statically observe an object which is continuously and repeatedly moving by using such a device which makes less in electric power, small in sized and free in handling observation in a wide range, and only natural light for illumination reaches to a non-obserrer in the vicinity of an observer. CONSTITUTION:Reflected light of natural light from an object which continuously and repeatedly moves is changed by an electric shutter 1 in a manner that the reflected light is observed by the observer as intermittent reflected light with repeated periods of transmission, no transmission, or change of refractive angle. The repetition of periods is performed according to driving signals from a driving device 4. Thus, static observation of the object which continuously and repeatedly moves is executed. |
