PURPOSE:To minimize the consumption of a battery and enhance a power transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary driver for a bicycle comprises a motor for constituting a driving unit 1, means 4 for detecting a human drive force generated by a rider, and motor control means 3 for so controlling the motor as to generate a motor drive force increasing or decreasing in response to an increase/ decrease in the detected human drive force, thereby generating not entirety but part of the force necessary for traveling as an auxiliary drive force. |
