PURPOSE:To perform three-dimensional image transmission by using a telephone line. CONSTITUTION:The three-dimensional image transmission can be performed by fetching right and left image signals image-picked up an object with the parallax of both eyes by a stereo image pickup part 22 in a RAM 23, and transmitting them at every one picture, one line, or one dot alternately after encoding, and also, a stereoscopic vision using spectacles with different transmission colors for right and left glass can be generated by decoding right and left image signals received alternately at every one picture, one line, or one dot, and recording the image signal in different colors on recording paper by every one picture, one line, or one dot alternately by a recording part 27. |
