PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out line production of multi-kinds mixed products based on the practical situation of wire harness manufacture by constituting a production line necessary for the manufacture of wire harnesses out of automatically processing apparatus including a plurality of specified processes divided into modules for every unit process. CONSTITUTION:In the processes 1, 2, an electric wire is laid by an automatic wiring layout module. The wiring layout board is kept for a while temporarily in the process 3 (buffer). In the process 4, the coating of the end part of the laid electric wire is peeled by a peeling module. The wiring layout board for which the treatment of the process 4 is completed is kept for a while temporarily in the process 5 (buffer). In the processes 6, 7, 8, a terminal press-bonding module is provided respectively and a terminal is press-bound to the electric wire end. The wiring layout board for which the terminal press-bonding treatment is carried out in the process 8 is kept for a while temporarily in the process 9 (buffer). In the process 10, the terminal is inserted into a connector housing by a terminal module. The wiring layout board is kept for a while in the process 11 (buffer). The connected unit, manufacturing process of which is completed, is taken out of a temporary wiring board in the process 12. |
