PURPOSE:To attain precise security management and to execute highly reliable transaction by adding a security management system consisting of a specific procedure to a portable bankbook registering terminal. CONSTITUTION:After loading an information recording medium 21a storing a password number to a medium driving part 15, information is inputted from an operation keyboard part 14, and when the input information coincides with the password number, the 1st information group is written in a memory 12. Then, an information recording medium 21b is mounted on the driving part 15, the 2nd password number and the 2nd information group consisting of a part of various information included inn the 1st information group are written and whether the information group coincide with a part of the 1st information group stored in the memory 12 or not is judged. When both the contents coincide with each other, the 2nd information is inputted from the keyboard part 14, and at the time of judging the coincidence between the input information and the 2nd password number, financial transaction is executed. Thereby relation between the terminal and its user and relation between the information storing medium and its user are doubly checked. |
