PURPOSE:To enable the current detection to be performed very stably for temperature change when an over-current detection is carried out. CONSTITUTION:As the resistance element for current detection of a hybrid integrated circuit device in which a plurality of circuit elements 4 and 7 including a resistance element for current detection 5 are connected to conductive paths 3 formed on a metal base printed circuit board 1 through an insulating resin layer 2, a resistor component is used in which a resistance pattern 5A of an alloy material having a temperature coefficient of about 1ppm to 500ppm is provided on one principal surface of a metal piece 5B through a resin film 5C, and it is wired to the surrounding conductive paths 3.
