PURPOSE:To provide an X-ray transmission membrane provided with reinforcing members on a membrane main body and not reducing the adhesion between the reinforcing members and the membrane main body. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray transmission membrane is provided with a membrane main body 11 made of a material transmitting X-rays and the first and second reinforcing members 12, 13 provided on both side faces of the membrane main body 11 to reinforce the membrane main body 11. Insulating materials 14, 15 are provided on surfaces of the first and second reinforcing members 12, 13, +voltage is applied to the first reinforcing member 12 and -voltage is applied to the second reinforcing member 13 to generate electrostatic force between the first and second reinforcing members 12, 13, and the first and second reinforcing members 12, 13 are closely stuck to the membrane main body 11. |
