PURPOSE:To provide a tableted compsn. for a contact lens ensuring safe, sure and easy care of a contact lens because sterilization-cleaning and neutralization are continuously carried out in the same process and excellent in preservation stability. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning agent for cleaning a contact lens and a neutralizing agent for making a sterilizing soln. poisonless are contained in the same tablet. This tablet consists of layers of the neutralizing agent, a slow releasing and delayed dissolution type coating agent, the cleaning agent and an instantaneous dissolution type coating agent formed in succession from the center. The instantaneous dissolution type coating agent contains a polymer represented by a formula R[(CH2CH2O)nH]m [where R is a polymer obtd. by polymerizing 3 or 4C epoxide to an alcohol compd. having active hydrogen, (n) is an integer and (m) is an integer of 1-8]. |
