PURPOSE:To provide an optical guide means which can condense stimulated light into a photoelectric converter at high condensing efficiency when the guide means is used as a condenser for a reading device of radiation picture images. CONSTITUTION:This optical guide means consists of a fiber bundle of plural optical fibers 10 fixed with an adhesive 20. On the outer surface of each optical fiber 10, in the area where at least an adhesive 20 is applied, a light reflecting layer 30 is formed. This optical guide means consists of a fiber bundle of plural optical fibers fixed. At least one part of the outer surface of each optical fiber is fixed by welding. Or these optical fibers are clamped with an outer frame member and fixed.
