Manure and sewage processing - by storing matter for set period before heating in a reaction container followed by sepg. into fluid and solid matter

Sewage, manure and communal sewage is stored for at least two weeks. The mixt. is mixed through for at least 8 hrs. at a temp. just below the boiling point, and then is taken from the reaction container to be sepd. into fluids and solid matter. Pref. the sewage is separated into fluid and solid components, before passing into the reaction container. Calcium hydroxide is added to the sewage at a rate of 1kg/m3 of sewage. The prod. from the reaction container is passed through a heat exchanger to a thermally insulated storage tank for the sewage in front of the reaction container, in a counter flow. USE/ADVANTAGE - The method is for treating manure and communal sewage held in a collection container. The system gives a low cost operation to process the waste.
