<p>PURPOSE:To enable the preset operation for information selection even during repro duction and to perform quick lead-in for desired information, by providing the preset means to preset the number of non-signal bands present in an arbitrary information recording band from the present location on magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:The information recording body and the non-signal band are recorded continuously on magnetic tape, and arbitrary recording body is selected from a plurality of information recording bands. When the preset switch 9 is operated and the moving contact is connected to the terminal at the tape reproduction, a current can flow to the plunger 13, the switch 27 is closed, power supply is fed to the play selection circuit, and the display of the display tube 11 is at 1. Further, when the preset switch 9 is operated, the number of displays can be increased. Accordingly, the display of the display tube can be preset to the numeral corresponding to the number of non-signal part from the information at present time to the desired information.</p> |
