One telescopic tube (16) of the support is coupled to a push-pull member (13) as an elongated element. The element extends parallel to and in the direction of the longitudinal axes of the telescopic tubes (1,16). On the swivel of the telescopic tubes, the element automatically shifts parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tubes. Pref. the push-pull members can be (un)wound by a winder (12), on swivel of the telescopic tubes. ADVANTAGE - Provides no obstacles to the user, when mounted from the side and has lightweight, compact design.
