<p>The present invention relates to novel cephalosporin derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic salts thereof useful as antibiotics and to processes for the preparation thereof. Formula (1) wherein: R1 is a hydrogen or an optionally halogen-substituted C¿1-3? alkyl group, a propargyl group or -C(R?a)(Rb¿)COOH, wherein R?a and Rb¿ are independently a hydrogen or a C¿1-3? alkyl group; R?2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7¿ are independently a hydrogen or halogen or a C¿1-3? alkyl, amino or hydroxy C1-3 alkylthio, cyano, carbamoyl, carboxyl, hydroxy C1-3 alkyl, nitro, acetyl or formyl group; and Q is CH, N or CCl.</p> |
