The drive has a continually rotating shaft and a reel (21) whose angle of rotation can be varied according to the rate of rotation of the motor. Other items or objects can be carried, driven or controlled by the reel. The driver includes a built-in motor (11), a driving cog wheel (A), a driven cog wheel (B), a shaft seating (2) to which the reel is attached, and a weighting device (3). The motor drive shaft is connected to the driving cog. The driven cog engages with the driving cog. Both cogs are attached to the shaft seating via their axles, to be rotatable relative to each other. The driven wheel is coupled to the weighting device. A spring balance (22) acts against rotation of the seating. ADVANTAGE - Has simple construction with same effect as conventional stepping or servo motors.
