<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost, by manufacturing the materials suitable to the rotary drum and guide drums up and down with die forging or synthetic resin injection molding suitable for mass production. CONSTITUTION:The external circumference of the drum 1 corresponding to the tape contact surface is molded in advance as the external ring 2 having desired outer diameter, thickness and width with high tension aluminum extension material, and rollet machining 6 is made at the inner circumference. Next, after inserting the outer ring 2 to the metal mold for die casting molten forging aluminum alloy for die casting is put in to unifiedly forge the inner ring 5 to the outer ring 2. Further, the projection 11 to caulk the printed wiring board is provided to the circular concave seat 4 at the center of the inner ring 5. Further, when the printed board is stuck to the circular concave seat 4, the inner ring 5 is made with injection molding for synthetic resin. Thus, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.</p> |
