PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric device with improved spurious characteristics, by connecting one of mutually-independent electrode provided on one surface of a piezoelectric element plate to an electrode on the other surface via a conductive film provided on the flank of the element plate. CONSTITUTION:Of one main surface of discoid piezoelectric element plate 28 vibrating in its radius direction, dot electrode 29 is provided in the center, and split ring electrode 30 at the circumference. On the other entire surface of element plate 28, electrode 31 is provided and made conductive with folded electrode 32 via a conductive film extending along the surface of notch 36 provided in the flank of element plate 28. This folded electrode 32 suppresses vibration at its main part to improve spurious characteristics. In addition to the notch, a through hole is provided for conduction between folded electrode 32 and electrode 31 on the other surface. |
