摘要

A clear rinse for machine dish washing contains alkyl polyglycosides of the formula CnH2n+1-O-(C6H10O5)xH where n = 8-16 and 1 < x < 3, together with optionally modified alkyl polyglycol ethers of the formula C8-C18-OR + x EO where R = H, CmH2m+1 m = 1-4 and x = 1-15, preferably 2-10, or mixtures of these alkyl polyglycol ethers and organic carboxylic acids.
