The vertical wing (1) has a symmetrical cross-section. It consists of two horizontally aligned panels (2), which form the blade profile. The panels are spaced from each other and the vertical blade lamelles (7) are located and may be turned into the spaces. The lamelles have asymmetrical profiles. On one side of the blade, the lamelles form an inter-communicating lamellae group (8). Each group has an associated control rail (9). USE/ADVANTAGE - For ships and water craft etc.. Simple construction and shaping, resulting in optimum propulsion. Very efficient.
