An oral hydrogel control release pharmaceutical tablet comprises: (1) at least one kind of medicine, (2) additives for water to infiltrate into inside of tablets, (3) high molecular substances for forming hydrogel, said preparation has the abilities to gelatinize completely during staying in the upper alimentary tract, and to release the medicine in the colon of the lower alimentary tract. The preparation of this invention can be dissolved and absorbed well even in the colon and can get the stable control release effect. |
