The invention relates to a method of treatment of a human or animal subject suffering from T-cell mediated inflammation of the joints, such as rheumatoid arthritis, which comprises administering to said subject an effective amount of an antibody recognising the CDw52 antigen. Preferably the antibody is CAMPATH-1H administered in an amount of 1 to about 100mg per day for a period between 1 and 30 days. |
