A mat (90) is formed of flexible sheet material having upper and under sides and releasable fastening means (100). In use the sheet can be folded and fastened by the releasable fastening means to form a container bag and/or a sleeping bag. Also disclosed are various methods of folding the mat to form the container bag and/or sleeping bag. |
