Chrome tanning leather waste created by shavings, cuttings and grinding dust is mechanical adjusted and then countercurrentwise washed in lime solution containing hydrogen peroxide and carbonate and or hydrocarbonate potassium and/or sodium. Spent lime solution is used for preparation of chrome tanning solution. Washed leather material is washed by rinse water from which surpluses of chrome are eliminated by precipitation by ferrous sulfate. Washing of leather material can be repeated without losses of colagene mass. Surpluses of chromates in colagene product can be reduced on chromate form.
|
