PURPOSE:To obtain the producing process by which the oil strainer which has the fine welded surface with a net is effectively produced, while the dustlike fine pieces generated in producing process do not remain on a product by fixing and completing the net in the process which is continuous with the forming process of a pipe body. CONSTITUTION:First, inner molds 1, 2, 4 are collectably clamped to a main mold 3, and the cavity for molding a pipe body 11 is formed. Next, primary injecting resin is injected into the cavity and the pipe body 11 is molded. Simultaneously, the net- fixing flange part 14 which has an annular protrusion 15 is molded at the end of the pipe. Next, the inner molds 1, 2, 4 are retracted and shunted, and the net 20 is inserted between said inner molds in arrow direction from the opening 3A of the main mold 3. Then, the cylindrical inner mold 2 is lowered and pushes the flange 20A of the net. Secondary injecting resin is injected from the outside of the annular protrusion 15 in the state where said protrusion sinks into the net. After the completion of the product, the main mold 3 and the inner molds 1, 2 are divided, and the product is taken out. By this producing process, operational efficiency is heightened, metallic pieces or resin pieces do not remain on the product and the oil in use is not contaminated, whereby the appearance of the product is improved. |
