The automatically recognizing apparatus and method comprises a system controller, a camera for photographing a gunshot mark board, a video detector for converting the video signal of the camera and inputting it to the system controller, a microphone for detecting the sound of gunshot and inputting it to the system controller, a pressure sensor for detecting that a bullet is shot on the gunshot mark board, a display for displaying the position of impact points and scores detected by the system controller, a memory for storing and outputting the output data of the system controller, and a printer for printing the position of impact points and scores under the control of the system controller, thereby detecting the scores of gunshots simply and precisely.
