The chord processing device for electronic instruments to generate the correct chord type and the sound in the easy and reliable method comprises a keyboard (1) to play, a micro-computer (2) to control the sound output, a rhythm control switch (3) to control the rhythm output, an ABC control switch (4) to control ABC, a sound IC (5) to generate proper sound of the instrument controlled by the micro-computer (2), a filter (6) to remove noise from the IC (5) output, a speaker (8) to amplify the filter (6) output, and a mode selection switch (9) to control the chord processing in the ABC mode.
