<p>An isolation conductor (14) is provided between a first conductor (10) and a plurality of second conductors (12a-12n) to which potential connections can be made from the first conductor (10). An isolation antifuse (16) is connected between the first conductor (10) and the isolation conductor (14). Individual antifuses (18a-18n) are connected between the isolation conductor (14) and each of the plurality of second conductors (12a-12n). A pull-down or pullup transistor (20) is connected between the isolation conductor (14) and a selected circuit node to allow programming of the isolation antifuse (16) and an isolation transistor (22) may be connected between the first conductor (10) and the isolation conductor (14) to allow testing of the isolation conductor (14). <IMAGE></p> |
