The invention relates to a laser head (1) comprising a laser diode (11) and a connection device comprising a substrate board (10) made of dielectric material on which two disconnected conducting strips (14) are produced, the laser diode being mounted on the said substrate and being connected electrically in series between the conducting strips, the board being arranged within a metal box (12). Two connectors (16, 17) are mounted outside the box, each linked respectively to one of the said conducting strips, a first (16) of these connectors serving for connecting the laser head with an external electrical power supply line and the second (17) being able to be connected to an external wide-passband load of impedance chosen in such a way that the impedance of the laser head, seen at the input of the first connector, is substantially equal to the impedance of the external electrical power supply line. <IMAGE> |
